The CR series actuators can replace existing steam box pneumatic actuators to provide better control accuracy and minimal downtime for maintenance as there is no maintenance required on these actuators.

CR Series Actuators have been installed for more than 15 years without any maintenance and still working flawlessly.

The CR series actuators can replace Honeywell Devronizer A5 & A7 Actuators as well as ABB T880 Actuators without the need of special adapters, special tools or modifications to the actuator control cabinets.

CR Series Actuators can be tailor-made and modified to replace most of the other steam box actuators on the market (VIB, Voith, Woollard and Henry, Deltec, and others).

Both models, CR2 and CR3 are manufactured with internal sealed bellows made from Inconel 600 and are rated for 13,000,000 steps. The Internal spring is Inconel 750. The open/close position of the bellows is visible through the inspection glass window. The Inconel shaft is guided to prevent any misalignment.

The body of the actuator is made of 316L (CR2 Version) and Inconel 625 (CR3 Version). This makes the CR3 the most corrosive-resistant actuator on the market with no warranty restrictions due to corrosive environments.
